What kind of haircut for fine hair?

My hair is fine, so when i do styles with it after awhile it just flops. I have thick-ish hair. A few inches below my shoulder, i was wondering what sort of haircut should i get? I dont want shorter hair. Picutres would be good. and side bangs

Another member is wanting this hairstyle, and Im liking it for myself, perhaps you will too. But the straight bottom part keep it your length . that way you still have the length but the mod top also,   (scene hair) ???
