im on the left on the first picture?? what shape do i have of my head and what kind of a haircut would match me?? i want to look really cute for school??? im only 16 years old.

Then again, I can see you being prettier with that style, but that's my opinion.  It might take some guts to actually do it?  Would love to see how it might look on you though.
