Question:

What kind of hairstyles can i do for running?

i have an angular bob (one side cut slightly longer than the other) about jaw length.. i dont know what i could do to get the hair out my face when im running.. clips seem to fall out or mislodge..

  1. use those headbands that streatch and have the teath and clip together in the back i know this isn't up off your shoulders but it will be out of you face (I recently had this hair cut and that is what I did to keep it out of my face)  


  2. What about a wide headband? Or a bandana in a girly color so you don't look like a hard chick, unless you are, then by all means, work it. But I was thinking a pink or white bandana would be cute and it won't fall out while your running.

    All brushed back in a Ponytail, with an headband.

    A Ponytail on the side(Or braid it)

    Some hair up in a ponytail and some hair down.

    French braid.


  4. Do a half pony, A great sports headband (idk these don't work for me i love to use pre wrap as a headband. You can get this at any sports store, but the trainer at my school has some so i always get it from there).  You could also do like french braid cornrows but not small ones, like do 3 big ones and then when the hair gets too short that's when you stop braiding. Also hairspray is your best friend use  a really strong holding one. I actually like suave hairspray (its in a maroon ish bottle).

  5. Why dont you put it in a ponytail and put the hairclips on the shorter hair that sticks out?

  7. When I run, I wear a scarf tied at the back of my head.  It does a good job of keeping my hair (which is a little longer than yours) out of my face.   If you want to look a little more stylish than that, a stretch headband might work.

  8. Have you tried bobby pins, and also maybe some hair spray..! Another idea would be to put the shorter pieces into a pony tail and then put that pony tail in another one... but I would probably suggest the pins and hair spray.... I used to run track and I had long bangs and I know it get annoying! you could also try braiding it into a french braid.... or having someone you know do it..! Anyways hope this helps... Good Luck!
