What kind of hamsters should i get?

I'm getting 2 this weekend and i don't know what kind to get?? any ideas

I had dwarf hamsters, they are small and love to be held by people. One thing, when you get them, try to get either two male or two females, unless you want a dozen little hamsters to take care of as well. Good Luck!

female teddy bear hamsters.  They are fluffy and very sweet.  Ours love to play in the playpen and run through paper towel tubes!

Winter White Dwarf hamsters! That's what I have and they are adorable! They are white and grey colored and are so cute. They aren't hyper like a lot of other dwarf hamsters and they love when you hold them :)

if you want two you will need to get dwarf hamsters because syrian or teddy bear hamsters will kill each other if living together. but thats ok because dwarf hamsters are just as fun, or more fun. theyre fast and small,a dn always on the move. their fun to watch or play games with. they tend to be a little more highstrung than larger hamsters, but thats not really a big deal, have fun with your new hamsters!

Do research on Syrains and Dwarfs and pick out the best kind for you. But, Syrains CAN'T live to together! And dwarfs can live together if they were from the same litter. But i personally think that Syrain hamsters are the best to get!

I have gotten a teddy bear hamster and they are fluffy and are fun to play with, and i have also had a dwarf hamster and they are just as fun to be with.i hope this helps but there are all sorts of hamsters and i think they are all fun and playful.Good luck!

I recommend getting just one Syrian.  They are larger and friendlier.  Although, they have to be housed singly you can get two and keep them in separate cages.  Dwarfs are very fast, agile and more difficult to catch, is what I have found.  Teddy bears are my personal favorites, but the black bears are cute as well.
