What kind of hardware should I get for my skateboard?

My Element hardware is getting rusty, so I took em out before they get planted in and can't take out the trucks. I wanna choose wisely before I go out and buy them, because they should cost under 5 bucks. lol

hardware is hardware, anything that fits is best, if your hardware is getting rusty then i'm guessing your board is warping too, try and stay away from the moisture. I always use either shorty's or lucky's hardware but not because of anything special, it's cheap and good.
