What kind of help I can get? Please help me to find authorities who can help international student.?

Question

I am studying in a private school in Holborn, London and they sold me professional courses (CIM) last year which started on 14 Jan.

When I when to the school with the date which shows on the certificate of enrolment they told me the different story.

They changed the starting date 1.5 months later, and they said if I want to study now I need to pay for English courses. I feel like I was trapped by them to join the courses.

When I talked them in the begin of Jan but they just wanted to show me that my English is not good enough or my level is not what I thought and I felt I was humiliated by them.

I can't delay my study because of my student visa.

I am just a student now. I am not working. I was waiting this course almost 2 months and I just spending my money here and now they give me this kind of lighting strike, and I am really frustrated and sad.

I really need help from any organisations they would take it seriously and help me to talk to them. Plesase offer me the list

I'm afraid you have been scammed. Private schools for foreign students are not interested in teaching you anything. They are only interested in your money. Or, they are set up to get people into the country on student visas illegally and offer no courses whatsoever.

Your best bet would be to cut your losses and go home.

There are no organisations to help I'm sorry to say.

If you want to get this "school" into trouble, then go to http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/studyin... and find a phone number and tell them what has happened. Tell them you have been brought to the UK on false pretences and you are worried and upset.
