  2. What you must realize is that all of the Starbucks and other coffee drinks are all variations of a mixture of coffee, milk, sweetener, and flavors.  Coffee itself is calorie-free.  It is almost pure water.  Lattes, cappuccinos, and drinks like that are a mixture of coffee (espresso) and milk.

You can cut calories by getting your drinks made with a lower-fat milk, such as skim-milk or soy milk.  Then, add Splenda to it for taste.  I prefer Splenda over sugar, anyway.

Save yourself some money and make these drinks yourself with your own machine.  You control the ingredients and can manipulate the taste and calorie count yourself.

In my opinion, sugar is the worst offender in these coffee drinks.  Replace it and you will have a healthier coffee drink.

  3. there isnt anything a starbucks that has zero calories- unless you a talking about a bottle of water. Although i can tell you what you can get to achieve the 'lowest' amount of calorie consumed. Besides the long black, short blacks etc, it would be the skim cappucino. Because cappucino is 1/3 froth- therefore the milk in it is less than a latte or a flatwhite. So why not give cappucino's a try and eat the froth on top with a bit of chocolate powder ( and dw, the chocolate powder will only add on at most 5cals )

Do not order any of the flavoured coffees if you are opting for a low calorie drink, as for the flavoured coffees to be how they are, powder and syrup are added into it- therefore rising the calories with that
