  1. if anything i would know the answer  to this because i have owned seventeen hamsters in my life time. hamsters should eat vegetables like carrots, lettuce(but not to much because it might die from too much water). if you dont have those you can put cheese, crackers or bread(they really love bread) n the cage

  2. Well i have a hamster so i feed it these things

    lettuce,carrots,tomato,sunflower seeds,mango,melon,grape,bananas,

pear, apple, peaches, cherries, strawberries, blue berries and regular hamster food.

you can give it most vegetables and fruit but do not give it onion's or chilies

  3. Human food isn't good for hamsters and other animals. The only human foods they can eat is vegetables and fruits (not the citrus kinds). Green vegetables and carrots are very healthy for them. Fruits like apples are great too.

  4. MY HAMSTERS LOVE CARROTS

  5. As long as they have a good mix, there are lots of things they can eat. You can even feed them small pieces of egg and bread. The occasional lean piece of turkey is often appreciated, too!

You mustn't feed them the following:

Lettuce (too much water, leads to diarrhea)

    Tomatoes (poisonous),

    Potatoes (although fine when cooked),

    Onions,

    Oranges and any citrus fruit,

    Chocolate (melts in the pouch).

  6. It's best to feed hamsters and other rodents lots and lots of veggies and fruits. For example, if you are having salad for dinner, take the tips of carrots, or the core and seeds of peppers. They love those, or even just peices of lettuce and tomatoes! Oh ya, and broccoli, and califlower, and red beets, and you get my point. As for fruit, the only things I really reccomend are cherries, apple cores, strawberries, grapes, melons, blueberries, and bannanas. But only little peices. There is probably more fruits than that, though. Nothing citrus though. Definatly don't give them cheese. That's really bad for them, and they can't die from too much water. That's impossible. The more water in the vegetables, the better!
