What kind of information are you asked when you activate a credit card?

I failed to receive a Capital One card in the mail last month, and am wondering how worried I should be. What kind of questions are involved in the activation process? (so can just anyone activate my card...?)

If you've notified Capital One that you never received the card, you don't need to be worried at all, because they will cancel that account and send you a new card.

Your mother's maiden name, your last 4 digits of your soc number, your address, and your full name.
