What kind of ipod should I buy?

I'm 13 and I have an ipod nano currently but I don't really care for it. I listen to musci ALL the time. But I want something that's at a reasonable price. I do have quit a bit of money but I don't want to spend it all.

Get the Ipod touch! It may be a little more expensive than a video, but it has alot more to it, it can connect to the internet, and you could also put all these different kinds of applications on it. It also is basically the same thing as the Iphone without the phone and camera, and it doesn't give you a bill every month!

Get an iPod touch. If you buy the 2.0 software upgrade, you can also get games and apps on it.

Lucky you that you can dispense with electronics so readily. Many of us do  not have the privilege... and we work for a living.

Anyway, you have to consider what you are using the ipod for.   I opted against the nano and got the classic - I use my iPod for djing and for carrying video.

Figure out how much space you will be using  and that will help you determine what you want.

Well it really depends on what type of person are you. There are people who are huge music fans who like a huge selection of music. If you think you will use more than 250, 500, or even a 1000 get one higher than that amount. Currently there are 1gb, 2gb shuffles worth below $100, then after that the Nanos that have 4gb and 8gb worth of memory, and so on. Nanos are the most used of all the iPods, but the shuffles are the most popular due to it's size, and price. iPod Touch is quite cool, you can touch the screen, can fit 16gb and I think 32 gb of memory and able to surf the internet on WiFi connection.. The iPod that holds the most are the iPod classic.

The cheapest is the shuffle, the most expensive are the classics that cost around $250. It's your choice, but I recommend to get a 2gb shuffle, or a 4gb Nano which cost about $150.
