  1. If you chose to take a stroller, leave the big on at home...take one of those small umbrella strollers. They will be easier to deal with while on board and on shore.  A little one may get tired of walking and a stroller will save your back.

Be sure to take along a few small Tupperware containers w/lids to score some snacks from the breakfast buffet for the little one during the day.

A hat, baby wipes, OTC meds...a few toys to play with in the cabin.  Water shoes or sandals with backs.  You will be using the stairs alot while on board.  A second swimsuit if your little one has a problem with putting on a wet suit...the suits never dry when hanging up in the bathroom!

A nightlight...the cabins are wicked dark.

For you, take along a power strip.  The cabins usually only have 1 power outlet.  Some of those XXL giant Ziplock bags for wet, sandy clothes.  A large beach bag to carry items while on shore excursions.

  2. Well you won't need a car seat for the cruise, obviously... but you will if you are renting a car from the plane to the ship, but a taxi wont have one for you to use, just on your lap

You won't need a stroller on the cruise ship...yeah, it's big but not that big....

A 4 year old as far as I know, doesn't need to be in a car seat on a plane but call the airline.

    Enjoy

  3. You would probably be able to take a stroller...you might want it if you are doing any excursions.....you should not need a car seat
