What kind of jacket would go with my green shirt?

D: I'm having some trouble pairing up my green shirt with a jacket and pants.

I'm afraid that it might be one of those shirts that just don't look good with any kind of jacket... ;___; I don't know what will match with it. At the moment I'm just wearing a white dress shirt over it until I can get some advice.
