What kind of japanese food/snack to sell?

I have this multicultural fair at my school and my Japanese/anime club is trying to fundraise some money. We are going to sell some food, drinks, and snacks that are japanese-themed. What are some popular, do-able, things that are sure to sell?

I was thinking like mochi ice cream or chips(I don't know what kind) and iced tea. Please help me out!

Wasabi peas are delicious and cheap. I dont know about where you are but they sell wasabi peas in the bulk section in my grocery store. There's also edamame ( steamed soy beans) green tea ice cream is pretty delicious.

Yakisoba, Pocky's, washabi peas. Can you make sushi? A simple cucumber roll is quick and people would be willing to at least try it since it's not too unusual. Green tea would be much better than iced tea. Even though there aare lots of cold teas in Japan, they're usually more subtle than a dark tea.

My American friend liked yaisoba-fried noodles.

Pocky, Ramune, green tea, rice snacks (I don't know the names, since the labels are in kanji and I can't read it yet), Wasabi peas, Botan rice candy, to name a few.

I think Pocky would be easier to serve than mochi ice cream. People who aren't familiar with mochi might find mochi anything to be weird.
