Federal laws have alot of regulations regarding people under 18 working, and even more restrictions on those under 16. you cannot work more than 25 hours in a week, you cannot handle dangerous objects/solutions(IE knives/some food preparation stuff/certain cleaning solutions). There are also certain hours you can and cannot work. At 15, you're pretty much limited to a paper route/grocery bagger/ cart puller/fast food cashier. Good luck!
