What kind of job can you get if you can type 500 words a minute?

My goodness, who can do that?  I worked as a court transcriber and typed 120 words a minute, which is about as fast as a person can talk.  I can't imagine typing 500 words a minute without making tons of typographical errors.  Nobody's fingers can fly that fast.

ummm...the only way you can type 500 wpm is if you use a speech to text program.  Anyone can use those.  You can't get a job from just that.

Court reporter or captioner. And they get paid well. But who could TALK 500 words a minute? It already sounds fast enough at 225 words per minute which is how many you need to be able to take down in order to be a certified court reporter.

I hear that one of the fastest court reporters can take down 300 words per minute. I don't think there's anyone who can do 500.

Medical transcriptionist/Proof reader...I am amazed to see that you have a speed of 500 wpm...awesome. I can only type upto max of 200 wpm.

secretary or one of those people that type in a court room everything that was said, i dont remember the name. or write a book it wont take long
