What kind of job could I get with a degree in sociology?

  3. I don't care if you "select" this as the best answer, but I believe it really is.

    A degree in Sociology can potentially get you a job as a wilderness field instructor, field guide, or wilderness therapist in several reputable wilderness therapy programs across the country, which are typically for adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems.  You have to backpack and live outside for extended periods of time, but it is extremely rewarding and challenging work that can provide you with clarity regarding the type of life and career that you otherwise might not have found.

    Check this website for jobs, and figure out which ones you might realistically qualify for.  It will change your life.
