what should i be doing for money before uni - ive been looking for ages

Start with something like bar work or restaurant work, maybe working at a movie theater, or any other cashier type job.

Bar work or waitressing - they're always looking for people who can work for a short time. You're not exactly looking for a career here so it would be perfect.

Something that correlates with whatever you are taking in university. Don't just get a random job working as a cashier at a pharmacy.

I'm in the same position! Going to Uni on 28th of Sept and nowhere wants me for just a month and a bit :(. I landed a job working in an all girls school earlier this year SCORE :D Why don't you try bar work or maybe a stripper ;)

If it's just a part-time job you want how about looking at your nearest supermarket

however if you want to put your results to a good cause I would go to your old high school or somewhere and ask if they need a tutor for a subject you did well in ( in september when school starts)

i know a friend who did that in maths and got quite well paid whilst in uni.
