Can I become a wal*mart store manager?

they make 200 grand a year. well mine does at least.

You can get alot of managerial jobs in business administration. I'm sure a master should be enough if you wanna manage a Walmart. But a masters is not all you need. You will also need real life experience in other jobs. I can assure you that Walmart will not hire a branch manager when he's straight out of college. Also, in business the only point of getting a PhD is if you want to teach business studies in universities.
