I am gutted to get a classification of 3. I got distinction on most of my reports and experiment in my level 2 courses and on level 3 course i got just below but my exam drag my score down. I haven't finish my degree yet but with the mark i been getting of late (last one 52) its not looking like i'm going to get what i hoped for. Now i'm stuck not sure what to do.

I feel i've let my family down.

I am so gutted.

Please tell me i can get a fairly well paid job if i get this mark

  1. Plenty of Billionaires never even took a degree.

You will succeed with or without a degree if you want it bad enough.

  2. To apply for further study you need a 2.1 or at a push a 2.2.

Many employers will be looking to employ students with 2.2's so this leaves you with a gap. This is what I suggest. Get onto a vocational training program and give yourself that extra bit of leverage.

Train to Gain has been advertised on the TV for a while now. This is scheme which gives employers access to training for new employees. Find a small company who will employ you. They are far more likely to train you and keep you. The larger less personal organisations will only look at your results initially and you won't make it through the door.

Get a professional CV written and do a very good presentation of yourself and your skills at interview and I am sure you will be successful. You need the company to look beyond your grade and you need to build confidence in them of your ability to perform.
