  1. One easy way to work in latin america is to teach English. There are tons of bilingual schools all over latin america and they like to hire people who's first language is English. The pay can very but some schools to pay quite well respectively. If you live quite simply you can actually save a little money.

  2. None.  No free medical.  No minority claims.   No free education.  Nada.

  3. You would need a work visa to work in any Latin American country.  These are not easy to get.  you ust find an employer who will hire you and write a letter stating he cannot find a citien who can do that job.  usually you must have a high techl highly skiiled ability to do a job where workers are needed in that country. you cannot just go and find any old job.  Also, pay is VERY low...even professionals make  about 1/10 of what they make in the U.S. Thee ia a reason so many people from Latin America go to the US. to work and make money for their families.  If you are wealthy , or retired with a steady income, then you can live there without working, and it is great for you.  But is just is not practical for a young person to try to make a living there.  Work in the states, save up, take vacations as you are able, then retire in  Latin America.

  4. The best strategy would be to start your own business so you won't depend on a boss.

Try to find something where only a small investment is required so that the risk of losing out is kept low. Some ideas could be:

-A language school (rent an office, buy the books and get a phone line)

-The always popular "illegal" (unregistered) real estate agency. This is something most foreigners do in SA. They look for properties that are for sale, try to find other foreigners that are looking for a place to buy and then act as an inter-mediator. Simple concept, quite effective. (This isn't actually illegal, so don't worry about that)

-Start a travel agency. Get some contacts in your country and work together with them. They help you get your business abroad, you help them expand their market.

There are many other thing you could do without spending too much money.

    Good luck with it.
