What kind of lawyer do i need if someone own me money and doesnt want to pay me back?????

in the last past 4 years i lend money to a friend(girl) and now i have been asking for my money since then and she doesnt want to talk to me about it, she changed phone numbers with no notice and now i want my money back ....

you might need a collection agency but can you prove she owes you money?

you can go to small claims court and collect the money.  you didn't mention if you have anything in writing.  e-mails count. if she admitted the loan in a e-mail it can be used as evidence in the case. you do not need a lawyer for this, but you need something in writing.  she probably will Deny that you gave her a loan but gave it as a gift. good luck.
