What kind of leg exercises should i do for boxing?

I have mostly been running but have not done a whole lot of squats, etc.

  1. Yeah, the other guy had it right Squats are the very best for legs! Deep down are okay but for boxing that'll put too much strain on your back, along with Leg Presses so stay away from those. Also try front half squats. They really build your leg strength up! And yes to Deadlifts also! One day do Squats, after a day off, do Deadlifts.

  3. SQUATS ARE GOOD . BUT NOT DEEP ONES. JUST ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN ,,ALSO DEADLIFTS W/ HEAVY WEIGHTS ABOUT 3- 5  REPS  SETS REST 2DAYS BETWEEN SETS
