I guess it'd just be a journal. Stream of consciousness sounds about right. It's metacognitive, if it's thinking about thinking, but that might be a stretch.

You people are there to comments it is good if some body has written some thing he might be wrong but the wise or sensible persons should adevise him/her.  This is the opportunity to make him correct and if he is correct then appreciate him/her.
