What kind of live performance equipment should i purchase?

I play the clarinet and soprano saxaphone at churches and things like that. I often need a microphone for my clarinet as it is softer than my sax. What kind of microphone and speaker would be the best for me?

You can buy a clip on mic at most music stores that cater to bands... and you can get a speaker/amp combo at the same store.
