I want to get another lizard but i already have another bearded dragon so i was planning on getting a leoperd gecko but was told that my beardy would attack it. I'm housing them seperatley but would still like them to interact when out of there cage. What would you recomend or would it be better if i kept them seperate at all times.

  1. Keep them separate. The only reptiles that can co-habitate without being raised together are usually snakes. This is mostly due to the fact that they don't "go into heat" and have the hormonal issue as much as other animals. It's a very intensive process to get snakes to breed at all!

But no, most reptiles are not social animals. In fact, chameleons are some of the more violent reptiles, they have a nasty habit of biting mates (and owners!).

  2. T Rex

  3. get a chamelion they change color!
