What kind of magazine is good for 11 year old girl?

I want to subscribe a good magazine as a gift for my niece... please give me some advise, she is very smart, I hope that magazine can bring her more knowledge and interesting information. Thanks

American Girl or Girls Life.

They are good, clean magazine for kids around her age.

Well, if she's girly-ish you should subscribe to Girls Life at girlslife.com (you can check out the price and stuff there) I think Cosmogirl is too mature for her, because I'm subscribed to it, and I know. Discovery Girls is also good. If she likes to hear the latest scoop on celebrity gossip, I suggest J-14. Nickolodeon is good too.

Hey Gaby. You may hear this one alot but ti think the best would be the Nickelodeon magazine. It has cool articles and comics to read, it has activities to do within, and it keeps the kids updated on some of their favorite shows!!! I know she'll like this because I gave one to my nephew and he is about 12. My sis and i read them to sometimes!!!! I hope this helps!!

My daughter is 11..  I bought her a subscription to cosmo girl last year... she loves it!!!! She is also very smart too but she still is a girl and likes makeup and all that stuff.......

National Geographic was my favorite when I was a kid, and I was an honor student so maybe that will work if she isn't too girly.....
