What kind of make-up should I buy?

Question

I'm going shopping for make-up for middle school next year. I wear eyeliner and mascara. I love make-up and lip gloss, but I just need help on what brands to buy. I am on a tight budget tho. Please names and price would help out alot.

I'm 5'5 with blue eyes

I have brown hair with light blonde highlights

I am well to tell you the truth I'm hot lol

This year I may wear black designer glasses for my reading

PLEASE HELP ME I WILL PROBABLY BUY ABOUT $40.00 of make-up

The first myth about make-up is: the more expensive the better.  You can find make-up on a tight budget.  Try CoverGirl's eye enhancers.  They have pretty shades in their collections.  You could try Almay's Eye Enhancers to bring out the blue in your eyes.  They have the best eyeliner crayon.  If you're looking for something really unique, try L'Oreal's HIP line.  They have some of the coolest shades you could ever find.  Physician's Formula is a great brand for eyeshadow and concealer.  The eyeshadow can be used with a wet brush.  Honestly, that's the best way to blend eyeshadows.

$40.00 wont get you much at all.

I use chanel foundation and it's at least 70 but it's the best foundation i've ever had and trust me i've been through alot!!

But... you could try :

Maybelliene H20 it's around $15, it's a ligh coverage but it's good!

Or revlon color stay .. it's about $35 but it has excellent coverage !

clinique for your age it is good and will not damage your skin. Your are really young to pack it on!!

I'd lay off the eyeliner, it takes away from your lashes. Your eye lashes make your eyes pop, and make you look prettier when they appear longer. Get Covergirl Lash Blast (Orange Tube) about 8$ at any drugstore. I have it and have fallen in love with it. It won't let you down! Some people don't like the bulkiness of the brush, but if you get over that, the lashes come out perfect!

well if you're just starting to get into makeup I would highly suggest the 120 color eyeshadow palette found on ebay (provided a link to a good seller below). I piad about $38 for mine with shipping and insurance (which you have to have because if they break you'll be sorry). You can even get one that comes with a free set of brushes which are highly advisable. This palette was HIGHLY reviewed from tons of youtube tutorial guru's, blogs, web pages and forums. The colors are high quality and highly pigmented and there's a lot of them so you can play around until you find the colors you like best or suit your appearance best.

okay. i think its a little young so no foundation or bronzer or concealer or powder. use a light gold shade of eyeshadow.- hard andy

mascara (put vasaline on your eyelashe before applying to lengthen and steengthen them)- stila!!!!!! i highly reccomend. it works better than lashblast or revlon!

if your mom allows you ask her to put a little blush on you.

but for the most part i started to wear prime at 12 yrs old. i suggest Benefit "That Gal" primer. you can get it at the benefti counter at macys. check out thier website at www.benefitcosmetics.com

Since you're already wearing liner mascara and lip gloss I'm guessin all you need is probably some shadows I bought this amazing 88 color eyeshadow palette online and it was about $22.00 check it out @  coastalscents.com

maybelline eyeliner is great. up to 8 dollars

more expensive version that is good is too faced liquid eyliner. 20 dollars

uhm sephora lipgloss is the best. its ten dollars.

maybelline volum' exact mascara is awesome its seven dollars

but honey, if you were so "hot" you wouldnt need makeup. =]
