What kind of make-up would look best for my skin tone, hair color, etc.?

I have harvest blonde hair, blue/ gray eyes and an ivory skin tone with plenty of freckles. And my eyes are very dark looking. So...what colors would look best on me? Would eye liner be too dark since my eyes are already dark?

light blue and pink. for eyeshadow i would say brown :] ...eyeliner would be fine even if your eyes are already dark...it will make them POP out.
