  3. I have the same skin tone and eye colour as you. I use a plum coloured eye liner, with a black/brown mascara. A stone washed grey eye liner looks great if you do it in a thick line on the top.

    For eye-shadow-

    1. If your  eyes are green-ish that day, a nice blue. NEVER do blue on completely blue eyes though.

    2. A mauve, purple, plum, any colour brown, and dark earthy tones such as green look great on pale/fair skin and blue eyes. Light pinks look nice also. Refrain from blue, orange, red, yellow -- Anything TOO bright. It will look fake and cheapy.

    Blush-

A very light pink blush will look great. Apply a VERY LIGHT layer of blush on your cheekbones. It will give you a glow. Never glow too dark. We want this too look natural and effort-less.

Foundation- Get a professional to dechipher your skin tone, and then get a mineral based liquid foundation. It will illuminate your skin and cover up any blemishes. Never apply foundation with your hands, always use a wedge sponge- which are available at any drug store/department store.

Powder- Once again, get a professional to dechipher your skin tone. Make sure you get a MINERAL BASED/PRESSED POWDER. It will not clog your pores and it will look natural. Dust on lightly. This will seal on the foundation and keep it from smudging.

Concealer- You should not have to use a concealer if you are wearing foundation and powder, but if you must, get one thta matches your skin tone and dab- no, not rub- DAB it onto the spot needed to be concealed. Do not over apply.

Lip-gloss- If you are emphisizing your eyes that day, just go with a nude gloss for the lips. Never try to emphisize both eyes and lips at the same time, it will look fake, cheap, and it will look like you tried too hard. You don't want to be a clown.

    Hope I helped!
