What kind of makeup is good for covering up acne?

Right now I use covergirl and maybeline but they seem to fade away and not give that perfect skin look.

What are some techniques and suggestions you can give?

i use bare minerals. i dont have acne, but when i get a few blemishes, and my blemishes get really really red, then wen i put on my makeup, i go just alittle heavier in that area and u can barely c it. i luv that stuff cuz it is good 4 ur skin and it stays on no matter wat, like 1 time i put it on, then later i had 2 go babysit, i was running around chasing that kid, i was sweating, and really bad, but my makeup was still on. it doesnt clog ur pours like other concelors and foundations might =]

I like Neutrogena a lot.  I have some zits on occasion, and a lot of blackheads.  Try using the Skinclearing Oil-Free Concealer and the Skinclearing Oil-Free Foundation (compact or bottle is your choice).  I don't use foundation, but if you have severe acne you might want to try it.  It helps clear up the skin while you put it on.

Use a concealer on your problem areas and a good foundation and then lastly use a powder to set it.
