Dont wear concealer on all spots, just the most noticeable ones if they're red or bothering you. Only wear it when you are out in public and really want it on, because despite the fact that it hides it, concealer isn't actually good for spots, and would probably prolong them.

Ditto foundation. Avoid it.

Anything else doesnt matter if you have acne or not.

You should not wear anything oily. Oily makeup will just make it worse. The only makeup that is good for you to wear is Mineral.
