XMA.  

Hard as h**l to do but a great crowd pleaser in competition.  I wish it had been around when I was a teenager I would have been all over that stuff.

If you want to learn it, start with gymnastics and go to a really explosive taekwondo school that teaches those types of movements.  (ask if you can learn a 540, hurricane kick or 720 hook kick there.)  

Other things you might consider are break dancing (a lot of people have mixed that in very successfully) and capoeira.

Hm....hard to tell, but based on the screaming crowd and the rather loud battle cries, some form of Wushu, maybe Changquan but it could also be Taekwondo I can't decide....
