What kind of mascara should I get for school?

I am eighteen years old, and I am starting college at the University of Kansas next week. Rock chalk jayhawk!

The mascara I have right now is running low. It is called Curl Power, and it's made by Maybelline.

I'm wondering what kind of mascara to buy next.

I've been wearing the stuff on my lashes since sixth grade, and I like dark, thick, long lashes. I'm also looking for something that is easy to apply, fairly inexpensive, and NOT waterproof!

Please include product names, brands, prices, and locations where I can get them in your answers.

I have read a lot of magazine articles where the pros talk about makeup products, and the one that has been mentioned for years as being good quality, long-lasting and cheap is Maybelline's Great Lash.  You should be able to buy it at (waterproof or not) WalMart and many grocery stores.  I just got a 2-pack the other day, on sale, for $5.50.

Maybeline New York makes a wonderful mascara called "Great Lash."

The product makes lashes look very thick, long, and beautiful.  It is very inexpensive at $ 3.50 at Wal-Mart,   Best I ever used!
