Okay, I know a lot of things glow under blacklight. But what kind of material can you put on something--like a powder or a liquid--and be transferred to people's hands and make their hands glow? Two teachers in my school used something like this, but since school's out I can't ask. It definitely has to be something that you wouldn't notice touching, though, until it actually glows under a blacklight.
