  1. I used to get some really nasty migraines and headaches buddy......... mine was because of a poor diet and allergies...

Allergies & dehydration & intolerances to foods or sensitivities to chemicals or perfumes, air pollution such as cigarette smoke can all trigger migraines and headaches.

A lot of people also react badly after ingesting foods and drinks labelled "diet" items as they usually contain an artificial chemical sweetner called aspartame.......... aspartame.......... the truth about aspartame is that it is an insidious sweet chemically enhanced sugar that will cause all sorts of devastating side affects if consumed in enough quantities.

Here, check out this link on aspartame ~

    http://www.sweetpoison.com/aspartame-sid...

Also, foods rich in magnesium have been shown to be usefull for alleviating the pain of migraine attacks ie ~leafy and green vegies, cold water fishes such as tuna, sardines, salmon and whiting, organic nuts and seeds (organic to avoid the nasty sulfites and chemicals that the commercial varieties are often preserved with) and wholegrain breads and cereals (if you can tolerate wheat)......... foods rich in magnesium will also help in resolving any issues with constipation that you may have, help to resolve an acid tummy and also aid in helping you deal with the stressy every day life situations we are all exposed to ........ magnesium is known as the antistress mineral.

Drink loads of fresh filtered water daily too ..... at least 2 - 3 litres per day and try to cut right back on any dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (if you drink any) too as all these will dehydrate you terribly and rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins ...... which are so essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

Iron deficiency can also cause nasty nasty headaches and migraines ........ do you eat enough iron rich foods?? Other symptoms of iron deficiency anemia are fatigue and exhaustion, paleness of skin, dizzy spells and fainting feelings, excessive feelings of being cold and irritability and moodiness.

A good way to check if you have iron deficiency anemia is to look at the coloring of the inner lid of your bottom eyelid ........ pasty and white means that you are anemic, rich and red is healthy and not anemic.

foods rich in iron are ~ pork, beef, liver, red meat, clams, dried organic peaches, egg yolks, oysters, organic nuts, beans, asparagus, unsulphured organic molasses and oatmeal ............ organic with nuts and dried fruits and molasses to avoid nasty sulfites and chemicals that they use to "preserve" the commercial varieties that will most likely upset sensitive bodies ♥

Also, eat more foods rich in vitamin B3 ie ~ fish lean meats, whole wheat products, liver, wheat germ, eggs, organic peanuts, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes........  Vitamin B3 rich foods will give you healthier looking skin and also help prevent and ease severity of migraines and nasty headaches........  and often times will also help eliminate painfull canker sores and  bad breath......if you choose to supplement with a B complex don't buy any of them individually but rather as a whole group ie ~ B1, B2,B3,B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc.... as they work best togther, unless of course a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath tells you to do so........ the B complex is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning and will help you deal with the everyday stresses life presents us with.

    hope this helps a bit

    peace 2 u

  2. Try to find a good acupressurist. Have a treatment done (against headaches/migraines). A treatment lasts about 20 minutes but - if done properly - you''ll be rid of your headache.

The point is to massage your head and the top of your face to relax the pressure in your blood vessels.

Once you have experienced such a massage/acupressure session, you can easily do it to yourself whenever you have a headache.

The acupressurist will ask you questions and may be able to  figure out very quickly why you are having those headaches.

Sometimes, this problem occurs because you are eating/drinking something that doesn't agree with you or you may have an allergy to something in your direct environment e.g. wall-to-wall carpeting. It may be worth checking into this also.

    Hope this helps.

  3. i know the name of 2 medicines.i think u should take it and c for ur self.the medicines r  (1)--combiflame and the other 1 is (2)--paracitemol.try them and c if u hav some effect.    and if the pain dosen't stop then consel a doctor.                       thanx!!

  4. just take the advil it is very effective

  5. taking advil on a regulat basis can lead to kidney problems, as with any chemical too much in the system causes adverse side effects and your body will build up a tolerance so you will end up taking more and more to fix they "symptom". You need to fix the problem, First what part of your head is actually hurting, you need to determine the "source" of your pain in order to effectively treat it, Is it in the sinus area behind the eyes, at the back of the neck or base of the skull, does it originate in the jaw or radiate all over. Once you isolate the problem area a proper treatment can be suggested. Merely masking the pain with Advil will not help you it will only prolong it.

  6. maybe your headache is more then a headache. It could be a sign of something serious of a medical situation. You should go check that out with your doctor before you take any precautionary medicines.
