  1. Homogeneous. It has consistent properties throughout and only ONE phase. Liquid. Take 1 mL of coffee, save it. Drink it close to the bottom - the last mL has the same composition as the first mL. Heterogeneous mixtures occur more often as solids. Heterogeneous often have compounds of two different phases dissolved in each other. Like CO2 in water (carbonated).  


  2. Homogenous, aqueous..

    The answer depends on what property you are trying to describe.
