What kind of moth has white wings and head, black and orange body, and blue legs??

I'm from KY but I never seen one like this before. So I am not sure if it's actually all that native to the area...

I would need more information to classify.  Size, how the black and orange are distributed, if there are any markings on the white wings, and the kind of antenna.
