Well, all I saw was a preview, but that's a scooter. It's most likely a Vespa VBC150 or PX150 since they're all the rage these days. They haven't really changed all that much (cosmetically, anyway), and vintage ones are just as popular as new ones. Go to Google and hit "Images" and look for them. I think if you input the above two model numbers along with the word "vespa" you'll see a bunch of em :)
