What kind of motorbike/moped do i get?

I live in the United States. Minnesota actually. I'm 16, and i weigh about 160-165. I'm looking for something to ride near and around my house instead of taking my gas guzzler. I have a big hill near my house which leads to all of the stores and stuff. I am not looking for a motorcycle, just something to ride that can get good gas mileage. Hoping to stick with name brands such as Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki.

Honda and Suzuki both make good scooters as does Kymco.
