What kind of music do your parents like?

My mom loves Avenged Sevenfold because I turned her on to them!! I love you mom! My dad likes Dave Bromberg and Levon Helm. They aren't my cup of tea, but he also likes Green Day and A7X so it's all good. hahaa.

What do YOUR parents listen to??

  8. My dad likes Kate Nash. (All me. lol.) He loves the rolling stones, beatles, eagles ect.

    My mom likes Motown and outkast. haha.  

  9. when my parents were here they liked gospel music.they are both gone on to be with Jesus.

    But occasionally they jive to some hip hop music.

    It's quite embarrassing.

  14. Of course, my dad loves the golden oldies. I do too, it's GREAT music. The Beatles have such diverse music, of the kind we don't see anymore today. Every record sounded like a different band, each telling their own crazy unique story. Of modern music, my dad likes Mary J. Blige, Fergie(LOL), and Sugar Ray, but I think that's it. My mom likes Linkin' Park.. music like that..

    but in their 80's they liked AC/DC and Motley Crue, blehh all that stuff.

    My dad listens to anything and everything (except I think he was comatose in the 80's.  Oh well, nothing good came out of the 80's).

    Edit: They don't listen to R&B or Rap, because it's complete c**p.

  19. Me and my dad have eerily similar tastes in music.  Classic rock, German rock, oldies, etc.  My mom likes R&B, hip hop, pop, and yes, disco.  Burn baby burn.

  22. Seeing as my brother is Zacky Vengeance, they LOVE to listen to A7X! We have something in common! Isn't it so cool that I know Zacky Vengeance?!? He is such a nice guy. But he always steals my sweaters and hair gel!! He also likes to bake cherry pies.
