What are some buisnesses that are hurting because of the impact internet and computers in general have, and why are they hurting so bad?

Travel agencies.Now everybody can buy airline tickets or reserve a hotel without any help from a travel agent.

Whoever has the easiest site to use gets more attention.  From there customer service is a must to ensure they return.
