What kind of night clubs are on Royal Caribbean ships?

I've sailed with Royal Caribbean two times before, but both times I wasn't old enough to go to the clubs. I'm going again in September and I was just scoping out activities fit for 20-23 year olds.

Are the clubs themed? Like Disco, Latin, etc? or do they play regular hip-hop music like at LA clubs?

I'm sailing on Monarch of the Seas specifically, but would like information on other ships as well because i don't suppose they vary too much.

From what RCCL's website shows for the ship, there is a nightclub and there is a Bolero's Lounge, which is a latin themed bar that offers some salsa dancing.

The nightclub probably will have theme nights, but you will have to check with RCCL for you actual cruise itinerary.

There are theme nights at the club, and the bars also have dancing.  Also, most ships have a party on the pooldeck with dancing.
