What kind of novelty items should I get for my 21st?

I want a general party/fun feel to the party. I was thinking of buying hats etc to have for guests to put on if they like... Any good ides?

The stores are full of patriotic items now (for the 4th of July), so you could do a patriotic theme (or the Olympics - the Summer Olympics are this year) ... and get red, white & blue hats, necklaces, etc........   OR... Dollar Tree has glow-stick necklaces & bracelets ($1 each) and the guests could wear glow necklaces or bracelets

boas and glow in the dark drinking glasses ( they have glow stick fluid in a cpmpartment at the bottom of the glass)  or you could even hire some sort of impersonator (u know like a napoleon dynamite impersonator who comes to parties acting and looking in character and roasts the host).  Also in the grab bags you could give everyone naughty party favours like mini vibrators or p***s shaped choclate!

Hats and masks are great, and so are bubbles!!!!! and those luou lays

If you go to any cheap as cheaps stores then you will find lots of fun trinkets to play with and put on. Maybe some bunny ears here, an inspector hat there. Have a small counter in a corner with a large mirror and an assortment of cheap bright makeup and get some boys to dress up and go "drag racing"
