  1. Cashews and Peanuts and chocolate chunks would taste well together so add those together

  2. Chocolate Chip use Pecans

Oatmeal Raisin I would not use any nuts but bananas instead

  3. Pecans are best, but almonds are good too ..... Next time, try some macadamia nuts with white chocolate chips for a change:)

  4. my daddy made oatmeal cookies all the time when i was little. i liked watching him and helping him stir it up. he's a pecan fan, and sure enough thats what he put in our oatmeal raisin cookies :] chocolate chunks would go really great with it too! i'd bet marshmallows would be a great twist to the recipe!!

  5. i would put almonds  with oatmeal and rasins...the others are good for less 'hearty' cookies (well pecans would be alright too I guess)

  6. mmm pecans would be great! :-)  that would be my personal choice, but i don't think you could really go wrong with any of those. i personally wouldn't use both chocolate and raisins, i'd pick one or the other, but i know that some people like both...have fun!

  7. I personally like walnuts, but pecans work well to.  It`s just a matte of taste.

  8. don't use any nuts or chocolate.  just make oatmeal raisin, and if you are really itching to add something else to the cookies, add a little nutmeg or even pumpkin pie spice to give it a little different flavor.  there is already a lot of texture going on in the cookie as it is, so you don't want to overwhelm the palate.
