  1. 530 is recommended.

  2. Use 5w-30 conventional or synthetic, any major brand.

90K is not considered to be high mileage for a Toyata car. It is not necessary to use high mileage oil yet. If you change engine oil every 3,000 - 5,000 miles in every 3-5 month, there should not be any possible engine sludge problems.

  3. Check with Toyota but in most cases with their newer car they will go with a good 5W-30

  4. check on the oil cap it usually says what type of oil or the owners manual.

  5. Use 5W-30 year round, depends on the engine, Toyotas of that vintage had a sludge problem. The best way to prevent sludge is to use a fully synthetic oil, my choice would be Mobil 1, 5W-30 they have one especially blended for high mileage cars, which you could start to use.
