What kind of other foods can i eat instead of meat?

i dnt want to eat meat anymore but i dnt knw what to eat instead

  1. Whole grain foods like whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, quinoa, many cereals, brown rice etc.

    All vegetables

    All fruits

    All beans and nuts

  6. Mainly lots of fruits and vegetables that are high in nutrients or packed with vitamins such as green leaved vegetables (such as spinach since it has a lot of Vitamin K in each serving). There are a lot of items out there that are meat replacements or that contain Soy which vegetarians/vegans need instead of the actual meat product.

  7. hello! my sister doesn't eat meat and their are lots of other alternatives! At your local super market you will find that they have things like vegetarian hot dogs, hamburgers...etc.. yes they are made from tofu but believe me it does not taste like tofu! i eat them all the time in steed of meat and i love it (by the way it is much healthier than real meat) But you prob. with loose iron by not eating meat so you may have to go onto some vitamins! but that's not a big deal! hope i helped and good luck..PS e-mail me with any questions

  8. If you're looking for the benefits of meat, but don't want to eat meat, you could try healthier alternatives such as: fruits, grains (more cereals with fiber), vegetables (leafy greens!!), legumes (beans) and tofu.

  9. you need to still eat lots of protien, peanut butter has lots of protien in it
