What kind of packaging do the free walmart samples come in?

I just ordered a few of the free samples that are offered on walmart.com and I want to get some tampon samples, but I don't want my dad to see the words 'tampon samples' all over the box if there will be those words on the box.

If anyone has ordered tampon samples from walmart.com, what kind of packaging did it come in? Also, did it say tampons or tampon samples anywhere on the box?

No, it has no description of what is inside.  It just comes in a red, white and blue box with WalMart logo and the "Free Sample your requested is inside" on the box.
