What kind of padding do i need for a punching bag, is hand wraps enuff?

they are gloves that i put on and have a velcrow around my wrist which i can wrap and tightly as i want, also has about a half a inch of jell on the knuckle area

it depends, is your bag leather or canvas? You dont necessarily need bag gloves for leather, but always use them on canvas. Your knuckles will be rubbed raw without them.

never punch without gloves or wraps, you will break tiny bones in your hands that you cannot feel but will eventually lead to arthritis and permanent hand problems, but handwraps like you are using can still lead to the same problems, buy some 16 ounce bag gloves and buy a book or go to a local boxing gym for proper punching technique

wrap them tight but it doesnt matter if its tight on the wrists cuz if u punch wrong itll still mess em up pretty bad. make sure u keep ur wrist straight when u punch, and dont wrap the wrists too tight cuz u dont wanna cut off blood flow.

i had the same gloves before and when i didnt use them all the skin on my knuckles completely ripped off and didnt heal for a wicked long time so unless u wanna deal with that definately wear wut u have

they should be plenty, but you need strong wrists

I am a real man, so i just punch with my fists.  I guess if your a Nancy, you can use gloves.

do whatever you feel comfortable with. I don't even use padding and my punching bag is pretty hard.
