  1. Marine enamel

  2. topside? bottom?

  3. On the bottom you would normally use antifouling but that is only if she is left in the water.  If you are in Fresh water Petit's Trinidad SR is great.  On the Gulf Coast of Florida the top two are Trinidad and ACP-60.  Topsides (above the waterline) you can use a single component polyurethane like Petit's Brightside or Interlux's version.  If you want a lot more durability (and cost) Awlgrip and Imron 6000 are wonderful.  I have used Sterling Paint and liked it but felt that dollar for dollar Awlgrip was the best.  I have used all these products and found the 1-800 lines very helpful as well as the availability of application guides.  I know this should completely answer your question

  4. anti-fouling???
