No peguins can not fly they lack wing feathers, not to mention they are WAY to heavy to even get of the ground much as it is.

The BBC did an April Fools joke on flying penguins and it was so believable but unfortunately, not true.  Penguins cannot fly, as much as I would love to see it.  Here is a link to the April Fools joke by the BBC, pretty amazing really.
